Most people recommend to have a pc instead of a laptop as pc gives you better performance in case of gaming and video editing.So I am here to give you best specification for building a custom pc under 50k-60k. I will give you information about each and every part of pc and its uses. I will cover both INTEL and AMD specs pc.

-B365M is one of the best motherboard in price range of 6k it support all Intel chipset of 8^th and 9^th gen which have 1151 socket configuration.
